983 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Sus Chords"

Created and formatted for the make noise morphagene, this reel is divided into three sections with like sounds clustered together for ease of navigation. The first group of splices are glitchy, percussive, experimental, modular snippets. The middle third consists of melodic and chordal washes. The final cluster is a series of field recordings taken from a recent trip to beirut, lebanon, with a cut up inspired splice at the very end. Collectively, i hope this sonic material will inspire the user to mangle, manipulate, and deconstruct to taste.

Just hitting the same chord over and over again but ending up in an almost march like beat. Probably good for an intro or breakdown.

Playing vst guitar on my keyboard in balkan style.

Direct recording of my jackson sl-3 soloist electric guitar through a line 6 pod x3, using its internal reverb effects. (large hall reverb with decay at 99%, or maybe even 100% for that endless washed out effect).

I composed a fairly long midi loop of chord progressions & let each section repeat twice. Then i layered a bunch of return tracks of the same line with arpegiated outputs played with straight, quarter note swing eight note swing, 16th note swing, & 32nd note swing all played together. The output was then compressed, heavily chorused through multiple fx devices, and stereo panned into the nonsense you hear. Heavy distortion with some ample amount of delay. The very beginning is rather moody and trippy, then it kicks in for a slow arena rock style guitar solo, then some random notes for the ending.

The mechanical noise and signature "chord" associated with the "mac mini (2010 model)" upon startup/boot. Brief mechanical motor and clicking noises followed by the famed sustained f sharp major chord (detuned 30 cents flat) being projected over low quality, built-in speakers. Mechanical noise has defined pitch and is predominantly in the mid-high frequencies. Recorded on zoom h2n, in small, empty room. Audio clip normalized in post-processing.
